This is the first official post on this brand new website I've made for myself. And to be honest, just even typing that out seems unreal.

My name is Jaclyn. I'm a writer who's been fascinated and obsessed with words since I was a kid. For literally as long as I can remember, I've been in love with words, with stories, with the power a well-told story has.

This site will be a place for news and updates. I'm sure there'll be an occasional blog post too -- because sometimes I just have Feelings about things that laugh in the face of Twitter's character limits.
